КалинаГолд (KalinaGold) – digital resuscitation of a wholesale-retail company.
How we turned chaos into a controlled system and pulled the business out of the red.
KalinaGold is a company operating simultaneously in the wholesale and retail jewelry markets. When we came in, everything was “manual”: processes were falling apart, there was no CRM, reports were collected by hand, and interdepartmental communication was happening via messenger chats and phone calls. What we did:Maria — systematically analyzed and rebuilt the entire marketing and sales process:- Implemented a CRM system.
- Built sales funnels, trigger-based newsletters, and email marketing.
- Set up automatic generation of personalized commercial offers for each client.
- Linked the sales department with production through automatic data exchange.
Tatyana — led a deep transformation of the sales department:- Wrote and implemented sales scripts tailored to a specific B2B audience.
- Organized reporting, checkpoints, and a motivation system.
- Helped adapt the approach in both retail and wholesale, using different strategies for each.
Additionally:- Built a system to create product listings in a complex, niche market — with minimal budgets and maximum automation.
- Created a reporting system that gathers key metrics from Ozon, Wildberries, etc. into one dashboard.
- Launched marketplace sales from scratch: from designing product pages and templates to running ad campaigns with a 9% DRR (ad spend to revenue ratio).
Result: +300% to revenue
Uchi.ru – launching marketing “from zero” for franchisees.
How we helped an EdTech giant enter a new B2B market — systematically, from scratch, and on schedule.
Uchi.ru is a leading education platform with millions of users. The company launched a new initiative: providing marketing support to its franchisees across Russia. But, as often happens, the product existed while the system to promote it did not. That’s when our team came in.What we did:- Lena — led the entire project: from setting goals to assembling the team and synchronizing processes. Under her leadership, the first active marketing core in this new direction took shape.
- Maria — built the lead management architecture from scratch: from digitizing incoming requests to CRM workflow logic, call center scripts, and end-to-end analytics. Everything to ensure no lead gets lost and every call hits its mark.
- Yulia — handled content, design, and messaging: landing pages, chat scripts, email copy, supporting materials — all in one style and brand voice, with an understanding of the audience (regional entrepreneurs).
Result: In a short time, Uchi.ru had a fully functioning marketing program for its franchisees. Systematic structure, transparency, manageability, and scalability — exactly what we bring to any project.
Издательство «Советник» and the “Femidism of Kandinsky” book series – building marketing from scratch to the first 3,000 sales in 2 months as a great start with a lot of ambitions.
The project started with an idea and a manuscript fresh from the print shop. There was nothing else: no positioning, no logo, no understanding of how to sell a book in a modern, over-saturated niche. What we did:Maria & Tatyana – acted as strategists and architects of the entire project:- Built the publishing house’s marketing strategy from zero: from segmenting the target audience to defining the business model.
- Conducted a deep dive with the authors and product — formed a unique image of the book and its characters.
- Developed positioning, slogans, and brand identity.
- Shaped the visual style, logo, and brand tone of voice.
- Created a content strategy, auto-funnels, Telegram communications, email marketing, sales funnels, and UGC mechanics.
- Produced product pages for marketplaces, including visuals, descriptions, and keywords.
- Ran and optimized advertising campaigns on Ozon, Wildberries, Yandex.Market, etc.
- Organized and hosted offline events: autograph sessions, private launch parties, book club meetings.
- Launched all print collateral — from business cards and bookmarks to posters and packaging.
Pavel — joined to build out Yandex.Direct advertising:- Ran tests and optimized hypotheses.
- Set up effective ad campaigns focused on retargeting and lead generation.
Gray — led and amplified the Telegram marketing channel:- Helped create engaging content.
- Set up organic growth of the channel.
- Curated special formats: storytelling, warm-up sequences, provocative posts, events.
Result: The print run of 3,000 copies sold out in 2 months.- A loyal Telegram community formed, yielding direct sales from subscribers.
- A stable presence was established on marketplaces and offline venues.
- A full-fledged marketing system was created for future launches.
Convert Monster – where most of the ONTO Marketing team met and built record-breaking growth processes.
Most of the ONTO Marketing team first crossed paths at one of Runet’s most renowned digital agencies — Convert Monster. But we didn’t just work there; we created key processes that drove client project growth by hundreds or even thousands of percent. What we did:- Lena — started as a PPC specialist, then became head of traffic for info-business projects, responsible for scaling ad campaigns and maximizing efficiency.
- Maria — built out account management and client service, taking charge of systematizing, automating, and monitoring client work so everything ran according to plan and without losses.
- Ilya — was in charge of sales. Not merely following a script, but organically and confidently building relationships and closing deals.
- Pasha — one of the lead PPC experts. His expertise and automation saved budgets and multiplied ROI.
- Yulia — the soul behind all copy. She wrote not just funnels, but texts that sold from the very first paragraph — with no clichés, no fakery, and none of the typical “info-business” style.
The team also took part in creating, running, and administering the “Real Marketing Department” course, one of the agency’s flagship training programs. We weren’t just employees; each of us, together and individually, implemented, maintained, and ensured the stability of processes that helped make Convert Monster known throughout the Russian digital sphere.
